Withdrawal of winnings can be requested at any time through the withdrawal section in your seri33 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances that require additional verification. Withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 15 minutes for Malaysian e-wallets on regular business days.
Seri33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a member's first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. Important Note on Bonuses and Withdrawals: Bonus funds still subject to rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the seri33 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
If any sports or e-sports match on which bets have been placed is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all related bets will be fully voided and returned to the respective members' accounts — unless an official result has already been declared by the event organiser prior to the cancellation or postponement.
You are solely responsible for keeping your seri33 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Seri33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
